# The Need for a Paradigm Shift

In this era of “interconnected value,” a new perspective is required — one that recognizes both health data and biomedical assets as complementary components of a unified value system. We believe that:

* The ownership of all health data should return to its original creators — individuals.
* Real-world medical assets must achieve compliant, efficient, and transparent circulation.
* Data usage and asset interaction must be governed by verifiable and auditable rules.
* Value generated through these interactions should be shared fairly among all participants.

This philosophy underpins DNAi’s design: to build a **decentralized network that connects data and assets**, introducing the healthcare industry to a new paradigm of **Personal Data Sovereignty + Asset-Driven Liquidity + Fair Value Sharing**.
