# Data Authorization and Market Formation

Every dataset transaction requires explicit user authorization. DNAi introduces a **multi-dimensional data valuation mechanism** that dynamically prices data based on type, granularity, quality, and frequency of use. Authorized transactions are executed through $DNAi payments, forming a self-sustaining utility loop within the ecosystem. Data is purchased by authorized requesters, and tokens are redistributed to the user side, completing a closed, one-time value exchange. This *permissioned open-market model* empowers users with both control and monetization rights over their data while promoting transparent, AI-assisted data marketplaces.
